👉Procedure:
1.⁠ ⁠Buyer sends loi.
2.⁠ ⁠Seller announces price.
3.buyer accepts price.
4.buyer and Seller will have a zoom meeting.
5.⁠ ⁠Seller will issue FCO.
6.buyer signs FCO and return to Seller.
7.⁠ ⁠Buyer issue ICPO + BCL.
8.seller sends SPA.
